CHI Rocket Blow Dryer An Overview

CHI hair dryers cost the high-end styling tools, right along another blow dryers like Elchim, T3 and Solano. But does the CHI Rocket dryer offer the same technology, functionality and styling performance of other manufacturers? Overall, I think it does, however, there are one or two areas, I think, could be improved.

CHI makes a number of models of blow dryer, but a popular choice for many is the Rocket professional. It is priced at more than one hundred dollars so it is not for those on a budget or who simply can not justify spending that much on a tool style. However, if you are prepared to spend a lot, you can be sure that this tool comes with a lot of great features.

The engine is very large; 1800 watts. There are two heat settings and two speed settings and there is also a cool shot button - press it once to turn and once out, you do not have to keep it pressed down when using.

The device generates negative ions (great for getting frizz free, shiny hair) and has an extremely low EMF (Electro Magnetic Frequency), which reduces static. There is even a little indicator on the side to let you know when you are producing infrared and ionic heat.

Finally, you get the nozzle hub and an attachment of a comb.

All in all, this tool is a very good hair and when used properly, it produces silky, shiny, straight hair that looks like it was professionally designed in a salon - in fact, many top stylists use a dryer CHI Rocket.

However, there are some problems with this tool.

The first is that, with its high price would have been nice to see some tourmaline being used in some of its components. Tourmaline produces even more negative ions than ceramic and many top hair dryers, like the T3 Evolution use it.

But a more important issue - at least this seems to be expressed in many reviews - is that the Rocket operates at a temperature too high - too high for some. If you need a lot of heat for your hair into shape, then you will be satisfied with the rocket, however, if you do not like high heat, then you may be advised to look to another brand.

Besides these two points, it's really hard to find fault with the CHI Rocket professional hair dryer. When compared with other brands that are in the same price category it definitely matches more about the technology, functionality and results for the hair.
